I read the blog I posted yesterday and obvisously I lacked appropriate sleep. After getting three hours in, we woke up early for breakfast and had an early departure from Tehran to Kermanshah. We found out there was a delay for weather. The good news was that we were flying to Kermanshah with the Iranian World Cup Team. (more…)

Zach and I begin our travels from my apartment to Newark airport preparing for a 7 1/2 hour flight to Frankfurt. Once we get to Frankfurt we will have a 9 hour layover before we fly to Teheran. (more…)
Resident Athlete Zach Rey will be competing as part of the U.S. National team in the Paris International Tournament January 27th -29th. Rey will compete at 125 kg along with teammates Bobby Telford (Iowa) and Tony Nelson (Minnesota). LVWC Head Coach Jeff Buxton will be coaching along side Slay and Kenny Monday during their time in Paris. (more…)
Resident athlete Zach Rey and LVWC Head Coach Jeff Buxton are overseas for the holiday in Baku, Azerbaijan. Zach will be competing in the Golden Grand Prix Finals and Buxton has been named the USA Freestyle Coach.
