- Three bottles of white wine from Fabbioli Cellars, Leesburg, VA
2022 Petit Manseng: Sweet and citrusy notes with notes of pineapple, pear, honeysuckle and kiwi fill the nose of this delicate wine. The palate continues with a subtle-sweet creaminess, full of bright pears and finishing with crisp kiwi. Perfect for those hot summer afternoons!
2023 “Something White”: The varietal composition of the Something White changes each year, giving Fabbioli’s winemaker the creative license to select the best available fruit from the year’s harvest. This simplistically elegant wine is floral, fruity, and has a crisp finish that will complement many occasions and dishes.
Una Pera: Lightly sweet, crisp and fruitful, we make this wine from locally-grown Asian pears. The nose features aromas of fresh crisp pears, honey and bananas with warm undertones of baking spices. One bottle of Fabbioli Cellars (Leesburg, VA) Tannat, with a box of Cadia organic linguine
and a jar of Mrs. Miller’s Chunky Garden Pasta Sauce.
2017 Tannat: This Tannat is a nod to the visionaries who saw the potential of this grape in Loudoun county (VA). Inviting aromas lead into a hardy and firm mi palate. The tannins are balanced with acidity and showcase dark berry fruit and earthy flavors and oak on the palate. This wine will rival a Syrah and does will in the mid-Atlantic’s cool climate region, for which intensity and structure prevail. Enjoy with medium rare cooked meats and sharp cheeses. . www.fabbioliwines.com
- “Not-your-Average (and not just Apple) Cider”
One bottle of Fabbioli’s “Perry” Pear Cider (7% alcohol). Crisp, dry, and refreshing, this pear cider has bright carbonation that highlights the fresh pear flavors.
One bottle of Fabbioli’s “Ladies Man” Apple Raspberry Cider (7% alcohol): Warren (the cat on the label) is a ladies man. Often seen parading around the tasting room, Warren is coy and playing it cool. Women flock to his side, believing they are the only one in Warren’s world. Just like Warren, this libation is slightly sweet, but irresistible. Bright and fruity, this cider is subtly sweet with a balance of zest from the carbonation.

- “The Perfect Ending”
One bottle of Fabbioli’s port-style NV Royalty: This after dinner winter warmer is a traditional port style wine fortified with our own brandy. The extended time in barrel has allowed the different components to develop into a complex flavor profile. The nose opens with smoke and hickory, followed by blackberry and vanilla. Cinnamon, black pepper, and vanilla add a little spice to the blackberry fruit on the palate. This traditional port style wine is ready to enjoy now, but will age and develop beautifully for several years. www.fabbioliwines.com
- “Whiskey from Virginia (and a pair of tasting glasses in which to enjoy it)”
One bottle of Catoctin Creek Roundstone Rye whiskey – 80 proof
Catoctin Creek® was founded in 2009 as the first legal distillery in Loudoun County since before Prohibition. The name “Catoctin” derives from the Indian tribal name “Kittocton” which, legend has it, meant “place of many deer”. Catoctin describes a range of mountains and the creek which flows picturesquely past the distillery and into the Potomac River and Chesapeake Watershed.
Roundstone Rye® is a very unique rye whisky, made completely from scratch at our distillery in Purcellville, Virginia. This pre-Prohibition style rye whisky is made from 100% rye grain, sourced locally when available. It is mashed, fermented, distilled and aged completely in our distillery, before bottling at a very sippable 80 proof. Aged in new charred white oak casks for a period of around two years, the whisky is smooth, woody, with that full-bodied fruity-nutty grain flavor typical of a Virginia rye whisky.
Roundstone Rye is a superb sipping whisky, a great whisky in Manhattans, or your favorite rye whisky cocktails. www.catoctincreekdistilling.com
A set of 2 Final Touch Whiskey Glasses: Sip your favourite whiskey & other spirits from these 100% lead-free crystal glasses. Place glass onto side and gently roll, to create a natural liquid motion increasing the nosing of aromas.

- “Virginia Brandy”
1 bottle of Catoctin Creek 1757 Virginia Brandy
Catoctin Creek® was founded in 2009 as the first legal distillery in Loudoun County since before Prohibition. The name “Catoctin” derives from the Indian tribal name “Kittocton” which, legend has it, meant “place of many deer”. Catoctin describes a range of mountains and the creek which flows picturesquely past the distillery and into the Potomac River and Chesapeake Watershed.
Brandy is an old world tradition–our European ancestors drank brandy after dinner for its soothing and warming qualities. Imagine settling in with a nice glass of warm brandy, while sitting by a fire with your favorite novel. Or try adding it to a warm glass of eggnog. Delicious!
Catoctin Creek 1757® Virginia Brandy is Virginia’s first commercial grape brandy since the establishment of the Commonwealth. Made from the finest locally-grown Virginia wine grapes, it is distilled and aged in premium French Bordeaux oak barrels for at least two years. Catoctin Creek Brandy is a fine sipping brandy unlike run-of-the-mill brandy on the shelves today.

- “Some Like it (not too) Hot”
Clark & Hopkins culinary sauces are hand-crafted in Richmond, VA. Ingredients of the world are captured in bottles—find complementary recipes on their website (www.clarkandhopkins.com).
Four bottles:
- Chesapeake Bay: We like to call the flavor “Elevated Essence of the Chesapeake”. A zesty pepper sauce using a myriad of spices, apple cider vinegar, bay leaves, jalapeños, mustard and ginger. We think it’s great with everything! Pair with crabs, oysters, shrimp, clams and fish. Excellent with eggs, steak, lamb, chicken, vegetables and french fries. Heat: 2/10
- Florida: What’s aromatic, fruity and embodies the sweet, intense heat of Florida? The Datil pepper, cultivated in St Augustine for well over a century. We thought it deserved its place in the sun. Pair with seafood, grilled meats and vegetables, pasta and dressings. Makes a killer ceviche! Heat: 4/10
- Oaxaca: Smoky mezcal, sun dried peppers, habaneros, ghost pepper and Mexican chocolate provide for a spicy mole-based sauce inspired by the region’s gastro-historical center. Oaxaca adds a splash of Mexico to any recipe! Pair with tacos, tamales, grilled meats, burgers, or add to your favorite chili recipe. Heat 7/10
- Assam: Assam is a state in northeastern India and home to the ghost pepper. As an homage to the region, we created a fragrant curry with a depth of flavor which perfectly balances the warmth of the ghost pepper and the added heat of the 7 pot primo. Pair with reduced coconut milk for an amazingly quick, yet complex curry. Heat: 7/10
- “A Trio of Distilled Fruits”
One bottle of Catoctin Creek Pearousia Pear Brandy. Pearousia® is a very special collaboration between Fabbioli Cellars and Catoctin Creek. Doug Fabbioli, owner and vintner at Fabbioli Cellars, produced a lovely pear wine, and we distilled it into brandy. After being casked in oak for a time, this pear brandy has emerged as a truly lovely and unique offering, and our first fruit spirit. This pear brandy maintains the fresh aroma of the fruit, where you can smell the light and musky elements of pear intertwined with the caramel and vanilla of the oak.
One bottle of Quarter Branch Apple Brandy. Quarter Branch Apple Brandy started life as a collaboration between Catoctin Creek and Blue Bee Cidery in Richmond, Virginia. Courtney Mailey, the proprietor of this exciting apple cidery, brought us a nearly infinite supply of apple wine samples, from which we picked the perfect blend of heritage apples: Old Winesap, Arkansas Black, Albemarle Pippin, Stayman, with a tiny touch of Pink Lady.
One bottle of Catoctin Creek Short Hill Mountain Peach Brandy. Short Hill Mountain lies in far western Loudoun County (VA), just west of the Catoctin Valley. Catoctin Creek Short Hill Mountain Peach Brandy is made from local western Loudoun peaches, distilled, aged and bottled at the peak of perfection. Think “peach cobbler” in a glass.
- “Good Things Come in “Petit” Packages”
One bottle of Fabbioli Cellars 2018 Petit Verdot: Virginia is developing a reputation for Petit Verdot. Very dark with a full middle palate and firm acidity, this variety seems to consistently deliver the goods vintage after vintage. Pair this wine with richyly seasoned red meats, aged cheeses, and wild game.
One bottle of Fabbioli Cellars 2020 Petite Sirah: Petite Sirah offers dramatic aromas and flavors that makes wines produced from it just as enjoyable when sipped on their own as with food. In the summer, Petite Sirah and blends that incorporate it tend to pair well with barbecue, and in winter, the richness and depth of flavor in those bottles make them comforting and warming on a cold, dark night.
- Apples and Pears…in wines…Oh My!
One bottle of Fabbioli Cellars Pear Wine: The nose is heavy with smells of butterscotch, fresh pears and mild oak. The mouth has a kick, opening with punches of pear, spice and ginger then finishing with sweet, thick notes of vanilla. Our port-style dessert wine is ready to be enjoyed now but will also continue to develop with age and has a long cellaring capacity.
One bottle of Fabbioli Cellars Apple Jill Wine: A tribute to Apple Jack dating back to the late 1600’s. Our wine is a lighter version and appropriately named Apple Jill. Enjoy this barrel aged crisp blend of apple wine. www.fabbioliwines.com
- “Good to the Last Drop” … of Whisky!

Only one in every ten barrels gets selected to be in the Roundstone Rye “92 Proof” whisky. (46% ABV)
